Here are the questions we are asked most often. If yours is not listed, please feel free to ask.
- How far do you travel?
We are based in Koriyama and visit anywhere in Fukushima Prefecture. The travel fee depends on the area — please see the service area page for details.
- Is it alright if this is my first time?
Yes. We walk you through what happens both when you book and when we arrive. Please ask us anything as it comes up.
- Can you come to a hotel?
Yes. Please tell us the hotel name and room number when you book. Some hotels do not permit visits, so we may ask you to check with them in advance. We do not visit love hotels.
- What do I need to prepare?
Only space to lie down. Your therapist brings all the towels, oil and other supplies.
- What should I wear?
Body Care is done over your clothes, so something loose and comfortable works best. For menus that use oil, we bring something for you to change into.
- Can I choose how firm it is?
Yes. We ask when we arrive, and you can ask for more or less pressure at any point during the session.
- Can I book on the same day?
Sometimes, depending on which therapists are free. Please call us or message us on LINE to check.
- How can I pay?
Please pay before your session begins. As well as cash, we accept contactless credit and debit cards, and mobile wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
*Cards must support contactless payment: look for the wave-shaped symbol on the card. Cards that can only be inserted into a reader cannot be used. If you are not sure about your card, please ask when you book.

- Can I pay by card?

- I understand this is not health care?
That is right. What we offer is relaxation — time to unwind. It is not health care of any kind. If something about your body concerns you, please speak to a doctor.
- Will a session help with how my body feels?
What we offer is relaxation. We do not provide health care of any kind. If anything about your body concerns you, we recommend speaking to a medical institution.
- How do I cancel?
Cancellations are free up to one hour before the scheduled start time. After that, 50% of the course fee is charged, and once the therapist has arrived, 100% of the course fee is charged.
